Description

Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions in North America, partnering with hiring managers on role needs and priorities.
Source, attract, and screen candidates through multiple channels to build high-quality pipelines.
Advise on competitive salary bandings and candidate expectations to support fair offer decisions.
Deliver hires on time and within approved budget and compensation guidelines.
Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding efforts in partnership with Marketing and the Talent and Experience team.
Collaborate with People Operations and People Experience on onboarding, engagement, and operational support during peak periods or special projects.
Work with TA peers in EMEA and APAC to share knowledge, tools, and best practices.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance recruitment operations and the overall People Team experience.

Requirements

Experience as a Talent Acquisition Generalist recruiting across multiple role types.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong adaptability and willingness to support People Operations or People Experience when needed.
Solid understanding of market salary data and compensation dynamics.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Commitment to delivering a positive, inclusive candidate experience.
Comfort working with international colleagues across EMEA and APAC.
Remote location in the United States (EST or CST) or Canada.
Experience supporting technical, consulting, and corporate roles is implied by the role context.
