Description

  • Lead complex, strategic projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and delivery plans with customers and internal teams.
  • Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across multiple engagements.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Use AI-powered tools and predictive insights to improve planning, forecasting, reporting, and risk management.
  • Oversee several projects simultaneously while maintaining alignment across teams and priorities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and manage executive communications.
  • Own project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Mentor Project Managers and support the growth of delivery teams.
  • Contribute to delivery methodologies, tools, governance, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing complex consulting or technology implementation projects.
  • Proven success delivering enterprise-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Strong expertise in project governance, financial management, resource planning, and risk management.
  • Experience managing executive-level client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience using AI-powered productivity or project management tools is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery environments.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Atlassian solutions such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management is highly valued.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.
