Description

  • Manage and deliver complex IT and organizational projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and EHR integrations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Implement structured change management methodologies to prioritize and manage organizational resources.
  • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Manage scope changes by documenting, reviewing, and obtaining stakeholder approval.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, milestones, dependencies, costs, and success criteria.
  • Develop and manage communication plans with clear, regular stakeholder updates.
  • Assist in developing and rolling out IT PMO standards and processes, including post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing complex projects and programs, including Gantt chart creation.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience with new application implementation, such as ERP, EHR, or TMS.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems integration.
  • Experience establishing and executing IT PMO processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound, independent decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage projects with budgets from concept to completion.

Benefits

  • Salary of $85,000-$105,000 commensurate with experience.
  • Remote work arrangement with US-based eligibility and no work restrictions in the US.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 8am-5pm CST.

  • 401(k) plan available two months after start date with company matching up to 50% of contributions, up to 6% of compensation.
