Description

  • Define transformation strategies, target operating models, business cases, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
  • Evaluate transformation options across value, complexity, risk, dependencies, investment, and time to value.
  • Design and improve portfolio and program intake, prioritization, funding, governance, and performance management.
  • Define decision rights, governance models, performance measures, and operating cadences.
  • Assess change impacts, stakeholder needs, organizational readiness, and capacity for change.
  • Develop integrated organizational change management strategies covering sponsorship, communications, capability building, adoption, and reinforcement.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, steering committees, and governance forums.
  • Advise clients on AI use cases and implications for operating models, workforce, governance, risk, and adoption.
  • Shape advisory pursuits and monitor scope, engagement economics, and commercial impacts.
  • Coach consultants and strengthen the Transformation practice through methods, offerings, thought leadership, and talent development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in management, technology, or transformation consulting, including substantial senior client-facing leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership of complex business or technology transformations from strategy through execution, adoption, and value realization.
  • Strong consulting capabilities in structured problem solving, analysis, business cases, roadmaps, workshops, executive storytelling, and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in portfolio, program, and project management, including prioritization, investment decisions, governance, capacity, sequencing, and performance.
  • Experience with operating-model design and organizational change management.
  • Executive-level communication, sound judgment in ambiguity, team leadership, commercial awareness, and pursuit experience.
  • Preferred: experience advising Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Healthcare clients in complex or regulated environments.
  • Preferred: experience with Atlassian, ITSM/ESM, enterprise work management, DevEx, SDLC modernization, cloud, data and analytics, or digital workplace transformation.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship.
