Description

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including Director, VP, and C-level leaders.
  • Define and implement transformation strategies with senior executives across cloud migration, technology modernization, and enterprise digital initiatives.
  • Lead and support consulting teams in delivering complex, multi-phase transformation programs.
  • Drive measurable outcomes in cloud migration, platform modernization, and enterprise toolchain transformation.
  • Advise customers on improving software delivery across SDLC, DevEx, agile delivery, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
  • Support migration readiness assessments, architecture decisions, and cloud transition planning.
  • Translate complex technical topics into clear business recommendations for executive audiences.
  • Collaborate with sales teams across the full sales lifecycle, from qualification and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Lead consultative discovery sessions and develop statements of work, business cases, and executive proposals.
  • Define account growth strategies through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account development.
  • Mentor consultants and share market insights, customer feedback, and delivery learnings to improve offerings and team performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise transformation.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise cloud migration or technology modernization programs.
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, consultative selling, and business development.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including Atlassian Cloud, AWS, DevOps toolchains, and ITSM/PPPM disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, agile methods, CI/CD, Developer Experience, and modern software engineering practices.
  • Understanding of AI, Generative AI, and AI-assisted software development, with the ability to explain business value and enterprise use cases.
  • Excellent executive stakeholder management and senior stakeholder influence skills.
  • Proven success managing and growing strategic customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and workshop skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem, such as Jira, Confluence, or Jira Service Management, preferred.
  • MEDDPICC or a similar sales qualification methodology, preferred.
  • Experience with Agile at Scale frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS, preferred.
  • Experience with managed services or long-term customer success engagements, preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as Atlassian, AWS, ITIL, SAFe, PMP, or Cloud, preferred.
  • Experience helping organizations define or implement AI strategies based on measurable customer outcomes and business use cases, preferred.
