Description

  • Lead executive discovery to define business intent, transformation constraints, value targets, risks, operating-model impacts, and success measures.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into structured consulting narratives, decision paths, phased roadmaps, and measurable outcome models.
  • Design outcome architecture, including value hypotheses, KPIs, baselines, target outcomes, and benefits-tracking approaches.
  • Develop governance models, stage gates, decision forums, escalation paths, executive reporting, and engagement guardrails.
  • Advise enterprise customers on ITIL-based ESM/ITSM practices, service management operating models, CMDB strategy, and service performance management.
  • Facilitate maturity assessments and prioritize roadmaps across process, people, data, technology, governance, and adoption.
  • Support complex pursuits with discovery approaches, workshops, solution framing, scope assumptions, value cases, proposals, and SOWs.
  • Create and review consulting artifacts such as operating models, value cases, roadmaps, KPI models, benefits trackers, decision logs, and executive readouts.
  • Apply and improve Solution Consulting methodology, conduct stage-gate reviews, and turn field learnings into reusable playbooks, templates, and quality standards.
  • Coach Solution Consultants, support practice hiring and enablement, and raise advisory quality through structured feedback and artifact reviews.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning large or complex consulting engagements involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, phases, or business domains.
  • Experience designing enterprise work-management solutions with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Operations, Assets, and Confluence.
  • Experience leading executive discovery, advisory workshops, governance forums, and decision-oriented client conversations.
  • Strong capability in problem framing, value modeling, KPI definition, roadmapping, operating-model design, adoption planning, and benefits tracking.
  • Fluency in stage-gate governance, iterative delivery, consulting methodology, and outcome-based advisory practices.
  • Strong familiarity with enterprise delivery, ITSM, Agile, work management, service management, and the Atlassian ecosystem.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL concepts and ability to translate them into practical processes, controls, and reporting; ITIL Foundation or higher certification preferred.
  • Ability to coach consultants, review advisory artifacts, and improve delivery quality through reusable methods and assets.
  • Strong technical writing and clear communication skills for audiences with varying technical expertise.
  • Experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments, enterprise platform transformations, ServiceNow, Zendesk, BMC, integrations, or reporting and analytics is preferred.
