Description

  • Lead discovery and advisory conversations with senior stakeholders to identify business challenges and transformation priorities.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to target key prospects, allocate resources, and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Pursue new business within strategic enterprise accounts and whitespace prospects, with a focus on high-growth account expansion.
  • Identify, qualify, and shape complex consulting and service opportunities in close partnership with consulting leadership.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level clients, senior management, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead complex sales cycles and coordinate internal teams to secure deals and align delivery with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners on co-selling initiatives and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account plans, and monitor portfolio performance against targets.
  • Support and occasionally lead client presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Stay current on Atlassian solutions and maintain relevant certifications or accreditation.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in IT or professional services sales, ideally in consulting, cloud transformation, or enterprise solution delivery.
  • Proven success selling high-value, multi-year consulting engagements rather than software licenses.
  • Experience hunting and developing new enterprise accounts, with significant focus on prospecting.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to build account and territory plans using data and market insights.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills for both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in English and German; French is a plus.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools is desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills are a plus.
