Description

  • Own operational frameworks, processes, and resources for partner onboarding, engagement, readiness, and ongoing success.
  • Build, document, and continuously improve scalable partner-lifecycle workflows and operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and other teams to align partner needs and execute initiatives.
  • Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting on partner performance, engagement, operational health, and improvement opportunities.
  • Improve systems, tools, and infrastructure supporting partner operations.
  • Identify friction points in the partner journey and implement solutions for internal teams and external partners.
  • Develop and manage strategic alliance relationships, agreements, integrated service offerings, delivery methodologies, and joint marketing messaging.
  • Lead cross-functional operational programs from planning through execution, managing risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Use data and partner feedback to identify gaps and implement scalable operational improvements.
  • Help set policies for partner-related sales activities and execute strategic business plans for alliance success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner operations, business operations, customer success operations, program management, or a related field.
  • Experience building, implementing, and optimizing operational processes in a growing or evolving business environment.
  • Strong project and program management skills, including independently managing multiple priorities through completion.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and align teams with competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating operational data into recommendations.
  • Experience developing reporting, tracking mechanisms, and operational dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills in complex or ambiguous environments.
  • Experience with partner ecosystems, channel partnerships, strategic alliances, or third-party service delivery models (preferred).
  • Experience in robotics, hardware, industrial technology, automation, or other complex technology environments (preferred).
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, and project management systems (preferred).

Benefits

  • Anticipated base salary of $124,000–$193,000 USD, plus an annual discretionary bonus for eligible roles.
  • Fully remote role, with hybrid options near Salem, OR; Pittsburgh, PA; or Fremont, CA.
