Description

  • Define and refine Valdera’s product positioning and messaging across buyer personas and market segments.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches and major feature releases.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, product guides, case studies, and testimonials.
  • Work directly with customers to develop proof points and customer stories that support deal conversion.
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution for trade shows and conferences, including booth design, swag, customer dinners, and on-site logistics.
  • Build pre-event attendee lists and coordinate with sales to target priority accounts.
  • Own Valdera’s LinkedIn presence and produce blog posts, thought leadership content, webinars, videos, and whitepapers.
  • Partner with agencies, freelancers, sales leadership, the product team, and the Chief of Staff to support launches and messaging.
  • Keep the website current and aligned with Valdera’s positioning.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in product marketing, management consulting, or a high-output generalist role at a fast-paced company.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to build a marketing strategy framework from the ground up.
  • Excellent writing skills with experience producing sales collateral, website content, or customer-facing messaging.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to context-switch between strategic and tactical work throughout the day.
  • Experience managing event logistics end to end.
  • Willingness to travel to attend conferences and events as needed.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate effectively as the first hire building the function.
  • B2B SaaS, technology, procurement, and/or chemical experience is a plus but not required.
