Description

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise customers end-to-end, including onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and business impact.
  • Lead day-to-day relationships with customer owners and functional leads to align execution and deliver outcomes.
  • Translate platform usage into measurable value such as cost savings, risk reduction, and improved supply chain resilience.
  • Build and refine scalable customer success processes, playbooks, and customer-facing materials.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues, advocate for customer needs, and improve the product experience.
  • Act as a strategic partner to procurement leaders and supply chain executives on sourcing modernization.
  • Drive renewal and expansion opportunities through strong customer outcomes and relationship management.
  • Support change management and execution inside large, multi-stakeholder enterprise organizations.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of total professional experience.
  • 3–5+ years managing enterprise SaaS accounts with responsibility for onboarding, adoption, renewals, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Native or professional fluency in English.
  • Remote location within North America.
  • Experience in chemicals, manufacturing, or supply chain/procurement is highly desirable.
  • Experience with transformation and value-creation initiatives with hands-on ownership of client outcomes.
  • Comfort operating in multi-stakeholder enterprise organizations and leading change management programs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-growth startup environment with ambiguity and high ownership.
  • Interest in understanding how products are made and the chemistry behind everyday products.
  • Experience with BOMs, RFQs, and raw material sourcing is a plus.
