Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through discovery and closing.
  • Execute daily outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Meet activity targets of 60+ calls per day or 2+ discovery calls per day.
  • Run consultative sales conversations and present tailored solutions to prospects.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, CRM, and forecasting with discipline.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment and HR to support successful placements.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Spanish, with English at C1-C2 level.
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in remote or outbound sales.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a focus on cold outreach and pipeline building.
  • Proven consultative selling skills.
  • Demonstrated execution and quota attainment.
  • Highly coachable, accountable, and results-driven.
  • Experience in the BPO, staffing, or virtual assistant industry is preferred.
  • Availability to work without travel commitments during the first four months of employment.
