Description

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and cold outreach to networking and deal closure.
  • Drive new business across global markets, with a focus on US and European opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Databricks Account Executives and Client Partners in a partner-led sales model to identify and close opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Negotiate and close deals while building and maintaining client and partner relationships.
  • Work independently across global time zones to meet revenue targets and sales objectives.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B Technology, IT Services, or SaaS sales (the role overview also notes 4–7 years).
  • Proven track record in lead generation, cold outreach, and closing deals.
  • Experience working in a partner-led or channel sales model.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently across global time zones to meet revenue targets.
  • Market exposure to US and Europe is preferred.
  • Comfortable operating as an individual contributor managing end-to-end sales activities.
