Description

  • Administer the Salesforce CRM and marketing automation systems, including configuration, user support, workflow automation, and platform optimization.
  • Support administration across the core technology stack, including Google Workspace, Claude, and other essential internal platforms.
  • Partner with the Business Development team on sales operations, alliance management, and marketing execution.
  • Own Salesforce data quality, integrity, and governance to keep the firm’s system of record accurate and trustworthy.
  • Support contract workflows end-to-end to keep agreements organized, compliant, and efficient.
  • Collaborate with the Talent team on recruitment coordination and talent development initiatives.
  • Build weekly leadership reports covering key performance indicators and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Work directly with senior leadership, including the VP of Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO, on internal systems and operations.

Requirements

  • Hands-on, demonstrable Salesforce administration experience is required.
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to own projects end-to-end and adapt as priorities shift.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through ambiguity.
  • Consulting or professional services experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial or startup environment is preferred.
  • Exposure to media, advertising, or ad sales ecosystems is a strong plus.
  • Comfort working with Claude, Gemini, or other leading AI platforms is preferred.
  • Educational background in technology, math, science, or engineering.
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance and know when to ask the right questions.
