Description

  • Review and process withdrawals and customer documentation accurately and on time.
  • Conduct KYC verification by reviewing, approving, or rejecting customer-submitted documents.
  • Monitor player activity to identify, investigate, and escalate potential fraud or suspicious behavior.
  • Respond to escalated customer inquiries related to payments, fraud, and account activity.
  • Support Customer Support and other internal teams with payment-related questions and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs in line with jurisdictional and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Identify trends, risks, and process gaps and provide feedback to leadership and product teams.
  • Collaborate on quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk issues to management in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Experience in financial services, fraud, risk, compliance, or operations; iGaming or fintech experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of payment methods, chargebacks, and fraud detection principles.
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and regulatory environments is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and assess risk.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Excel and data reporting platforms is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain gaming certifications or licenses as required.

  • $50,000–$57,000 USD base pay range.
