Description

  • Develop a territory-specific business plan to increase engagement and achieve sales goals for Themis and UWorld products.
  • Set strategy, goals, and benchmarks with a supervisor for annual bar review engagement and sales activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned law schools, faculty, administrators, students, and student groups.
  • Conduct in-person visits, phone calls, workshops, webinars, emails, and other outreach to support assigned schools.
  • Recruit, train, support, and motivate student campus representative teams.
  • Promote company products and services to law schools and related organizations.
  • Provide direct support and mentoring to student users of the bar review program.
  • Maintain accurate contact management system records, including contacts, events, and campaign participation.
  • Use product knowledge to support multiple audiences and purposes across the territory.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver strong service and meet individual and team goals.

Requirements

  • JD required.
  • Bar licensure required; UBE license preferred.
  • Some previous legal education and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for legal education and student success.
  • Superior communication skills for in-person, phone, and online meetings and presentations.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking, writing, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment and support innovation.
  • Superior attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Computer proficiency, including web-based applications, CRM systems such as Salesforce, and online collaboration tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to work productively from a home office, on campus, or while traveling.
