Description

  • Lead settlement negotiations with opposing counsel, insurers, and other parties.
  • Evaluate cases for settlement value and develop negotiation strategies.
  • Draft, review, and revise settlement agreements and related documents.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution.
  • Maintain organized case tracking and ensure timely follow-up on settlement matters.
  • Communicate with clients about settlement options and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Active license to practice law in California.
  • Experience with contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
  • Prior settlement negotiation experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
  • Employment law experience preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred but not required.
