Description

  • Lead the end-to-end procurement of OS&E for ultra-luxury hospitality projects.
  • Align OS&E sourcing and specifications with concept design and brand requirements.
  • Manage sourcing, logistics, installation, and operational handover of OS&E packages.
  • Collaborate with design teams, operators, project managers, contractors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure OS&E packages meet quality, budget, brand alignment, and operational efficiency standards.
  • Oversee procurement activities in remote and complex project locations.
  • Manage inventories, operations, and hotel pre-opening procurement processes.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate international sourcing and logistics, including customs handling.

Requirements

  • Formal studies in Hospitality and Tourism, Hospitality Management, General Management with hospitality focus, Procurement or Supply Chain Management for Hospitality, or Retail Management with strong hospitality exposure.
  • 10+ years of experience in OS&E procurement for luxury hospitality projects.
  • Proven experience working with ultra-luxury or high-end hotel brands.
  • Strong background in budgeting, procurement, and supplier negotiation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing inventories, operations, and hotel pre-opening processes.
  • Experience with international sourcing and logistics, including customs and remote locations.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Additional European language skills such as Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese are preferred.
