Description

  • Handle day-to-day IT support, including Microsoft 365 account setup, email configuration, access permissions, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Serve as the primary contact for hosting, infrastructure, and software vendors.
  • Create, groom, and maintain accurate IT and development tickets in JIRA.
  • Support developers with testing and validation by executing test cases and tracking issues through resolution.
  • Monitor and follow up on open IT requests to maintain timely responses.
  • Maintain current IT documentation, including access lists, system configurations, and runbooks.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, including user and email accounts, access control, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with JIRA or a similar ticketing or work-tracking platform.
  • Ability to communicate directly with external vendors regarding technical and account matters.
  • Basic understanding of QA practices, including executing test cases and documenting issues clearly.
  • Experience with AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code preferred.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple concurrent requests.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including collaboration with developers.
  • Exposure to Power Automate, Power Apps, Dynamics 365 CRM, or another CRM platform preferred.
  • Interest in developing additional scripting or software development skills over time preferred.
