Description

  • Own the long-term strategy for a title or portfolio segment and translate business goals into product direction.
  • Identify growth opportunities across retention, engagement, and monetization.
  • Account for core product KPIs, including retention, ARPDAU, LTV, and engagement.
  • Lead experimentation, prioritization, and roadmap adjustments based on expected impact.
  • Define LiveOps strategy, seasonal initiatives, and feature investment priorities.
  • Guide progression and economy evolution to support long-term product health.
  • Partner with engineering, design, analytics, art, and publishing teams to align on product direction.
  • Present performance narratives, insights, and recommendations to leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor mid-level PMs and producers where relevant.
  • Maintain alignment between product, business, and operational priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in mobile gaming.
  • Proven ownership of game performance and product outcomes.
  • Strong LiveOps leadership experience.
  • Deep understanding of casual game ecosystems, such as arcade, puzzle, trivia, and hybrid games.
  • Strong data proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Amplitude, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience managing economies, progression systems, and monetization loops.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding other PMs.
  • Excellent communication across product, business, and creative teams.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience working with major IPs or publishers (strong plus).
  • Experience launching or scaling live games (strong plus).
  • Portfolio ownership across multiple titles (strong plus).
  • Exposure to UA and growth strategy (strong plus).
