Description

  • Provide business management support for planning, developing, and executing acquisition packages.
  • Manage procurement-related documents and support acquisition vehicles that facilitate organizational acquisitions.
  • Support business process definition and facilitation planning to improve acquisition and vendor management efficiency.
  • Deliver acquisition services, facilitation, training, and support to help the government execute acquisition functions and meet mission objectives.
  • Standardize monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis and reporting to leadership to improve contract execution and spending management.
  • Develop repeatable processes to monitor and evaluate vendor performance across the C5I enterprise.
  • Coordinate with Acquisition Subject Matter Experts and service center stakeholders on acquisition tasking.
  • Draft, review, and recommend solicitations, proposals, evaluations, agreements, reports, briefs, and other technical and administrative documents.
  • Improve market research processes and analyze technical data related to C5ISC capabilities, systems, products, and services.
  • Support acquisition planning, source selection, contract documentation, and related government review packages.

Requirements

  • US citizenship is required.
  • Public Trust and/or DHS suitability is highly preferred.
  • FAC-C Professional certification or equivalent is required.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations is required.
  • At least 24 months of recent experience within the last 48 months in government contracting and procurement, either in a government agency or as a contractor supporting a government agency, is required.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is required: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organizational management principles.
  • US Coast Guard or DHS experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting government acquisition services is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional work at a secure government facility is implied.
