Description

  • Attend discovery calls to gather and analyze technical requirements and align service offerings with client needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow business in the architecture and engineering industries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new clients and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase products and services.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop customized solutions for client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and bids.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Share market feedback and insights with internal teams to support improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in technical sales or a similar role.
  • Academic training and/or knowledge of the architecture and engineering industries, including trends, software, and project workflows.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Technical expertise in relevant products and services.
  • Experience with market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Experience working with architecture and engineering industry clients is preferred.
