Description

  • Manage architectural deliverables, project priorities, and coordination with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Produce and review construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and details.
  • Review submittals, shop drawings, and product information for alignment with project documents and design intent.
  • Prepare and coordinate RFI responses, resolve construction questions, and issue supplemental drawings or clarifications.
  • Track submittals, RFIs, revisions, and outstanding construction issues using Procore or similar tools.
  • Develop details for façades, custom architectural elements, specialty finishes, and complex renovation conditions.
  • Coordinate documentation with existing-building conditions, structural components, and other building systems.
  • Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with U.S. code, accessibility, and egress requirements.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience as a Project Architect, Architectural Project Manager, Job Captain, or in a similar role.
  • Direct experience working on U.S. architectural projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD and hands-on construction documentation experience.
  • Construction administration experience, including submittal reviews, RFIs, and contractor coordination.
  • Ability to independently manage priorities and follow through on outstanding project items.
  • Experience with retail or commercial renovations, including existing-space adaptations and materials and finishes coordination.
  • Strong architectural detailing skills and knowledge of construction methods and structural coordination.
  • Familiarity with U.S. building codes, ADA accessibility, and egress requirements.
  • Excellent written and spoken English for communication with U.S. project teams.
  • Availability for full-time remote work overlapping with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
  • Experience with luxury retail, flagship stores, branded commercial spaces, high-end restaurants, custom façades, or specialty exterior finishes (preferred).
  • Proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD and hands-on Procore experience (preferred).
