Description

  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Assist with client account coordination, including new account setup and renewals.
  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on account performance, client feedback, and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to meet client needs.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and providing necessary resources.
  • Collect and relay client feedback to support service improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients and team members.
  • Problem-solving ability to address client issues effectively.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in sales, marketing, or customer service are beneficial but not required.
