Description

  • Research and contact about 50 relevant individuals each week to build connections and schedule meetings.
  • Make occasional follow-up calls using a curated outreach list.
  • Help identify and source speaking engagements and other visibility opportunities.
  • Post 2–3 weekly thought leadership pieces on LinkedIn through ghostwriting or repurposing notes.
  • Organize and update content, leads, and outreach information using tools such as Airtable and ChatGPT.
  • Support efforts that strengthen the Managing Director’s personal brand and drive deal flow.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication and copywriting or ghostwriting skills.
  • Experience with outbound outreach, LinkedIn messaging, or cold email/calling.
  • Ability to manage content posting and engagement on LinkedIn.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in suggesting improvements.
  • Familiarity with Airtable, ChatGPT, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Availability for approximately 10–20 hours per week.
  • Central Time Zone preferred.
  • Experience in venture capital, B2B SaaS, or startup environments is beneficial.
