Description

  • Review existing offers, emails, and website pages to improve conversions.
  • Write and repurpose content across Instagram, blog, email, and YouTube.
  • Set up and manage affiliate income streams, including Amazon and select brand links.
  • Help refine and position a new flagship course for launch.
  • Advise on content, funnels, and brand partnerships.
  • Make fast, strategic decisions that add value and support business growth.
  • Collaborate on marketing ideas that increase product visibility and revenue.

Requirements

  • Proven experience driving revenue in a content-driven or product-based online business.
  • Experience with digital products, courses, or affiliate programs.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, including the ability to write funnels, captions, and blog content in the brand’s tone.
  • Knowledge of basic UX and CRO (conversion rate optimisation).
  • Experience with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or Flodesk.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, SEO content, and/or YouTube repurposing.
  • Experience working with, or understanding of, the lifestyle, design, or interiors space.
  • Based in Australia or in a time zone that overlaps with Australia, preferred.
