Description

  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Establish and manage the business development and sales department, including structure and day-to-day operations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of leads.
  • Design and implement sales processes and best practices to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support cohesive customer experiences and meet market demands.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and optimize strategies for effectiveness.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on KPIs, ROI, and the performance of business development and sales initiatives.
  • Drive revenue growth and customer retention goals.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing business development and sales team.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new services and cultivate strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head of Business Development, Sales Director, or in a similar role in a B2B setting.
  • Deep understanding of sales principles with both strategic and analytical ability.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide teams and drive initiatives forward.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
