Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, non-clinical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define hiring needs, timelines, and recruitment strategies.
  • Build candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive hiring experience.
  • Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions and improve recruiting effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in ATS and CRM systems.
  • Support process improvements that increase scalability, efficiency, and candidate engagement.
  • Lead complex searches, influence leadership decisions, and mentor team members in more senior-level roles.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools, with Greenhouse experience preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and sound judgment in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Must reside in the US for this remote role.
  • Ability to support non-clinical, high-volume recruiting needs across multiple locations.
  • Experience with more strategic recruiting, complex searches, or team mentorship is preferred for senior-level consideration.
