Description

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner.
  • Schedule new referrals and patient visits received by fax or telephone.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and collect payments at the time of service.
  • Create and maintain an inviting, organized front office environment.
  • Convert referrals into evaluations and support clinic growth through efficient patient intake.
  • Make welcome calls and help monitor and improve patient arrival rates.
  • Manage schedule, document routing, deposits, non-clinical documentation, and other practice management tasks.
  • Track caseload, discharge candidates, progress notes, insurance reporting, and clinic inventory.
  • Attend required training and complete quarterly compliance training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support daily clinic operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to work well with business office and field leadership.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain organizational detail while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision.
  • Efficient time management and presentation skills as part of a team.
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Willingness to attend special events some evenings and weekends or work additional hours as needed.
  • Ability to operate multiple computer programs and standard office equipment.
  • Experience or comfort with patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, or office administration is helpful.
  • Ability to complete required training and adapt to business process updates, including Raintree.
