Description

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner.
  • Schedule new referrals received by fax or telephone and book patient visits.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and collect payments due at the time of service.
  • Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and provide customer service support.
  • Make welcome calls and help monitor and improve patient arrival rates.
  • Manage schedules, document routing, non-clinical documentation, deposits, and related practice management tasks.
  • Maintain an orderly and organized front office workspace.
  • Monitor clinic inventory and handle other duties as assigned.
  • Attend required training and complete quarterly compliance training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with business office and field leadership.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, meet deadlines, and work with little to no supervision.
  • Efficient time management and presentation skills as part of a team.
  • Ability to use multiple computer programs and perform daily computer-based office work.
  • Must be able to work full time, Monday through Friday, at least 40 hours per week.
  • May be required to attend special events some evenings and weekends or work additional hours as needed.
  • Ability to perform sedentary work and continuously sit, communicate, and use repetitive motions on a computer.
  • Ability to handle routine physical demands such as occasional walking, standing, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
  • Attendance at Territory Field Trainer (TFT) training for Raintree and other business process updates is required.
