Description

  • Develop and execute an effective call strategy for the assigned region to improve referral outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff, customers, and community leaders.
  • Report regularly to the Regional VP of Operations and VP of Sales on plan progress, goals, strategies, and challenges.
  • Present company information, service offerings, and outcomes data to current and prospective partners.
  • Use reporting and data tools to communicate clinical quality and service performance.
  • Identify publicity opportunities, coordinate community events, and participate in regional meetings as requested.
  • Work collaboratively with Clinic Directors, therapy staff, Business Office staff, and peers.
  • Support the expansion of the referral network and growth of market share in the Washington market.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales.
  • 2+ years of sales and marketing experience targeting physicians, medical offices, employers, or a related field.
  • Medical or healthcare sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a team lead role with mentoring, developing, and coaching peers is strongly desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and work in an environment with multiple objectives.
  • Confidence and persuasiveness in guiding the sales process.
  • Ability to sell intangibles such as ideas and concepts.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% throughout the assigned region.
  • Ability to present company information and outcomes data using appropriate medical terminology.
