Description

  • Drive the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of the Auto Secured Personal Loans product.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of software engineers, UX designers, and marketing experts to grow the product.
  • Work with research scientists, data analysts, legal, compliance, and operations teams to improve product mechanics.
  • Deeply understand target borrowers and the motivations behind choosing a secured loan.
  • Define where and how Auto Secured Personal Loans can be offered within the core Personal Loans funnel.
  • Analyze barriers that limit broader product availability and create plans to remove them.
  • Partner with engineering, design, product leadership, legal, operations, analytics, and compliance to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business and regulatory needs.
  • Partner with Capital Markets to execute a plan to onboard capital for the product.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience on fast-moving, consumer-obsessed teams.
  • Experience independently authoring and executing a multi-quarter roadmap.
  • Strong product judgment with the ability to understand the consequences of product decisions.
  • Rigorous, analytical problem-solving skills and structured, concise communication.
  • Ownership mindset and a growth-oriented approach to improving yourself and the team.
  • Experience building products in fintech or consumer lending (preferred).
  • Experience with KYC/KYB or verification workflows, especially with AI automation (preferred).
  • Experience with securitization and capital markets (preferred).
  • Ability to work remotely with the team operating across East and West Coast time zones.
  • Availability to travel for in-person onsites, typically once or twice per quarter for 2-4 consecutive days.

  • Base salary range of $162,100-$224,500 USD for U.S. remote roles and $153,000-$190,000 CAD for Canada remote roles.
