Description

  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Design leaders to define success metrics, size opportunities, and shape the product roadmap.
  • Own the analytics roadmap for unsecured installment products, including Personal Loans, Relief Loans, and Cashline.
  • Lead the end-to-end A/B testing lifecycle from hypothesis generation and experimental design through analysis and executive readout.
  • Perform deep behavioral analyses to identify friction points, retention drivers, and growth opportunities in user journeys.
  • Translate complex telemetry and platform data into actionable product recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to define tracking requirements for new launches and improve data quality.
  • Build intuitive dashboards and foundational reporting that enable teams to access self-serve insights.
  • Work closely with Product and Machine Learning teams to turn findings into scalable product improvements.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation across the product organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in product analytics, data science, or a similar quantitative role focused on product optimization and user behavior.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong applied experience with at least one statistical programming language such as Python or R.
  • Proven track record of designing, executing, and evaluating A/B tests.
  • Deep understanding of experimental design, hypothesis testing, and statistical rigor.
  • Hands-on experience building reporting and interactive dashboards with BI and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar.
  • Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Data Science (preferred).
  • Experience with lending products, risk modeling, or financial services analytics (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and actionably (preferred).
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a strategic mindset for solving complex, unstructured problems (preferred).

  • Anticipated base salary range of $157,000 to $217,500 USD for U.S. remote locations.
  • Target bonuses and annual equity compensation, including equity grants that vest quarterly.
