Description

  • Act as the first line of support and advocate for global customers to ensure timely, effective resolution of questions and issues.
  • Guide customers through product features and functionality to maximize their experience and resolve challenges.
  • Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer queries received by email.
  • Escalate tickets to the appropriate teams when needed and remain the customer’s point of contact through resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.
  • Maintain high-quality support outcomes and meet predefined team targets.
  • Build deep product expertise in BamSEC by staying current on new features and closing knowledge gaps.
  • Identify opportunities to improve support content and contribute to knowledge base articles, tutorials, and other documentation.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a client or product support role.
  • Client-facing experience with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
  • Strong ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-first mindset and interest in solving complex problems.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize rigorously under pressure.
  • Interest in systems, technology, and software applications.
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt on the job.
  • Integrity and high ethical standards.
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial team environment (preferred).
