Description

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of user journeys to uncover growth and monetization opportunities.
  • Refine product hypotheses and define measurable goals and success metrics.
  • Build experiment plans and evaluation logic for product testing.
  • Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests, feature impact analyses, pre/post analyses, and uplift measurements.
  • Perform segmentation and assess results, trade-offs, and implications for product decisions.
  • Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards for product and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain self-service reporting for product and business stakeholders.
  • Define, monitor, and standardize core KPIs such as conversion funnels, retention cohorts, ARPU/LTV proxies, and sportsbook engagement metrics.
  • Ensure metric consistency and a single source of truth across the organization.
  • Turn analysis into clear, actionable recommendations with next steps and expected impact.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst in a product environment.
  • Strong SQL skills, including data extraction, joins, window functions, cohorting, and funnel analysis.
  • Solid understanding of product metrics and frameworks such as funnels, conversion, retention, engagement, churn, LTV, unit economics, and cohort analysis.
  • Experience partnering with Product Managers to translate hypotheses into measurable metrics and analytical approaches.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Tableau, and dashboard design best practices.
  • Confident Excel or Google Sheets skills, including analysis, pivot tables, and basic modeling.
  • Basic knowledge of probability and statistics, including confidence intervals, significance, and distributions.
  • Intermediate+ English, both written and spoken.
  • Practical experience with A/B testing, including experiment design, sample size intuition, guardrail metrics, interpretation, and post-analysis.
  • Python for analysis and automation of repetitive analysis is a nice-to-have.
  • Experience with Git and versioning analytical artifacts such as SQL, dbt, and dashboard documentation is a nice-to-have.
