Description

  • Support prospects during trials and proof-of-concepts for the platform.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for customer support questions during the trial process.
  • Identify prospect pain points, challenges, goals, and requirements during trials and POCs.
  • Assist with customer security assessments, RFPs, and business cases as needed.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to help close new business.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve the trial and POC experience.
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement in the trial process and help develop solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or technical customer support role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a customer-facing role.
  • High technical aptitude and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Solutions-driven problem-solving approach with strong curiosity and a desire to understand root causes.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Information Technology or Software Engineering degree preferred.
  • Experience or a keen interest in cybersecurity preferred.
  • Must be able to work in one of the supported US states: CA, MD, MA, IL, OR, WA, CO, TX, FL, PA, LA, MO, or DC.
  • Must be able to complete a national police history check and reference checks.
  • Cannot support candidates requiring visa sponsorship or relocation.
