Description

  • Generate actionable insights from complex, multi-source marketing data to inform channel investment, campaign design, and pipeline strategy.
  • Build strong working relationships with marketing leaders across demand generation, partner marketing, field marketing, product marketing, and brand.
  • Design, build, and maintain the marketing attribution framework, including first-touch, multi-touch, and incrementality testing.
  • Develop metrics, models, and dashboards for paid media, organic, content, lifecycle, partner, and field programs so owners can self-serve performance.
  • Partner with data engineering to design and maintain foundational marketing data assets and well-specified dbt models.
  • Build self-service dashboards and conversational analytics experiences for funnel performance, channel ROI, partner-sourced pipeline, and event attribution.
  • Conduct hands-on technical analysis to diagnose issues such as channel saturation, diminishing returns, lead quality decay, and campaign cannibalisation.
  • Connect marketing investment to pipeline, ARR, and payback for finance and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate ambiguous marketing requirements into clear deliverables, metric definitions, and durable data models.

Requirements

  • 4+ years delivering analytics solutions for marketing teams within a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Strong working knowledge of paid, organic, lifecycle, partner, and field marketing channel logic, including how channels are planned, instrumented, and measured.
  • Fluency in attribution methodologies, including multi-touch attribution, incrementality, and marketing mix modelling.
  • Understanding of how partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline is tracked, and how field marketing programs are measured against pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous marketing requirements into well-structured dbt models, clear metric definitions, and actionable insights.
  • Experience in a consulting role managing a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple companies and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong understanding of modern data infrastructure, including cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, ETL/ELT tools, dbt, and visualization tools such as ThoughtSpot, OMNI, or Looker.
  • Ability to quickly identify key performance indicators and turn data into strategic insights that drive business value.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly analytical and strategic mindset with a proven track record of executing data strategies aligned to marketing and business objectives.
  • Hands-on experience authoring dbt models and building BI/data infrastructure assets.
  • Preferred: experience as a data scientist or AI engineer, including uplift or lead score prediction modelling or causal inference techniques.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and lifecycle tools.
  • Preferred: experience connecting marketing analytics to FP&A, including budget planning, payback modelling, CAC/LTV reporting, and board-level narratives.
