Description

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and executive scorecards.
  • Build scalable data models using DAX and Power Query.
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards across operations, finance, HR, and leadership.
  • Build advanced automation workflows in Power Automate and Microsoft 365.
  • Create approval workflows, notifications, alerts, and other process automations.
  • Integrate Microsoft services with third-party applications using APIs, custom connectors, REST APIs, and webhooks.
  • Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse.
  • Build Azure Functions and cloud-based automation solutions.
  • Create Microsoft Teams automations, integrations, and collaboration tools.
  • Document workflows, dashboards, applications, integrations, and automation architecture; troubleshoot and optimize solutions.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
  • Proven experience building business applications, automation workflows, reporting systems, and analytics dashboards.
  • Advanced DAX, Power Query, data modeling, dashboard development, reporting architecture, and data visualization best practices.
  • Advanced Power Automate workflow automation, including custom connectors, approval workflows, workflow orchestration, and business process automation.
  • Experience with Azure Functions, REST APIs, webhooks, cloud automation, and third-party integrations.
  • Strong development skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, API authentication, integration architecture, and automation design.
  • Power Apps, Microsoft Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI-powered automation, Microsoft Teams app development, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, SQL, data warehousing concepts, embedded analytics, incremental refresh, and Row-Level Security implementation are preferred.
  • Comfortable owning projects from discovery through deployment.
  • Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator who can translate business needs into technical solutions.
