Description

  • Design and implement production-ready automation workflows that integrate cloud services, internal data sources, and LLM endpoints.
  • Develop and deploy domain-specific LLMs using internal data from Gong, Notion, BigQuery, and other sources.
  • Make AI and automation tools accessible to teams across the organization through intuitive interfaces.
  • Create templates, documentation, and training materials that help non-technical teams build and deploy automation workflows.
  • Run hands-on workshops and provide ongoing support to drive adoption of AI and automation tools.
  • Mentor teammates and help embed AI and automation practices across UpGuard.
  • Bake privacy, compliance, and cost controls into workflows and model deployments.
  • Build production systems and integrations that support data collection and business decision-making.
  • Establish repeatable patterns and best practices for AI and automation across the company.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering production systems using Python and SQL with real data and users.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration platforms, preferably n8n; Airflow, Zapier, or similar tools are also acceptable.
  • Demonstrated experience leading AI/ML projects from conception to production.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and gather business requirements.
  • Experience with embeddings, vector databases, or retrieval patterns for vector/RAG use cases.
  • Experience creating documentation, tutorials, or enablement materials for technical tools.
  • Experience deploying and managing systems on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Ability to work through pre-employment checks, including a national police history check and reference checks.
  • Must not require visa sponsorship or relocation support for this role.
