Description

  • Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for CTV creative tooling across asset ingestion, generation, variant production, and creative-aware optimization.
  • Develop tools that convert existing brand assets into TV-ready commercials and generate new creative variants and concepts at scale.
  • Expand prediction and optimization models to incorporate creative as a core performance lever.
  • Partner with commercial teams and operations to drive creative optimization adoption among advertisers and internal teams.
  • Use AI to accelerate prototyping, explore creative concepts, and synthesize customer feedback while verifying accuracy and quality.
  • Represent tvScientific externally as a thought leader in AI-driven creative technology.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in creative technology, dynamic creative optimization, or generative AI for video and image.
  • Experience working with optimization and machine learning systems, with a clear perspective on incorporating creative signal alongside bidding and targeting.
  • Comfort building with generative AI as a core primitive rather than a feature.
  • Proven track record of shipping creative technology products or optimizing ads at scale with measurable impact.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills, including presenting to senior executives, customers, and industry audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate product development and customer analysis, with a strong approach to validating accuracy and quality.
  • High integrity and ownership, including protecting sensitive data, avoiding over-reliance on AI, and staying accountable for final decisions and deliverables.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Not eligible for relocation assistance.
  • Must be able to travel to the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per quarter and be located anywhere in the U.S.

  • Base salary range of $195,738 to $402,990 USD for U.S.-based applicants.
