Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close.
  • Generate qualified net-new opportunities through cold outreach.
  • Conduct product demos with prospects over video conference.
  • Communicate and sell UpGuard’s value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed pipeline notes and deal records.
  • Partner with Sales Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Operations to complete sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with other Account Executives and cross-functionally to share knowledge and insights.
  • Help shape the future growth of the business as part of an entrepreneurial sales team.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of technology-related sales or business development experience at a B2B SaaS company.
  • A consistent top performer with a history of exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, including C-level executives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in complex commercial and legal negotiations with procurement, legal, and business teams.
  • Experience managing partners, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
  • Highly process-oriented and detail-oriented.
  • Curious about adopting AI tools to improve how work gets done.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM (preferred).
  • Technical background, such as a BSc in Computer Science or equivalent (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, ideally from a previous sales role (preferred).
  • Proven track record selling to Financial Services companies (preferred).
  • Must be able to work in the United States and in one of the supported states: CA, MD, MA, IL, OR, WA, CO, TX, FL, PA, LA, MO, or DC.
  • Must complete a national police history check and reference checks.
  • Cannot support candidates requiring visa sponsorship or relocation.
