Description

  • Design, optimize, and maintain mission-critical backend microservices using Golang and Node.js (TypeScript).
  • Evolve an event-driven architecture built on Kafka to support massive asynchronous workflows and high-volume data streams.
  • Manage, scale, and optimize core product data layers using MongoDB and Redis.
  • Architect and implement AI-powered systems, autonomous agentic workflows, and meta-prompting frameworks.
  • Design, secure, and document GraphQL and RESTful APIs for a global user base.
  • Solve complex algorithmic, product, and quantitative challenges within backend business logic.
  • Champion technical improvements that elevate product capabilities and backend scalability.
  • Contribute to robust, clean, modular system architecture and production-grade implementation.
  • Support advanced automation features that drive core product functionality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of deep backend experience with strong proficiency in Golang.
  • Strong core capabilities in JavaScript/TypeScript, especially Node.js.
  • Proven experience architecting asynchronous, event-driven microservices using Kafka or equivalent high-scale message brokers.
  • Advanced understanding of data modeling, scaling, document schemas, and indexing strategies in MongoDB and Redis.
  • Real-world experience working with LLMs, autonomous agentic workflows, and advanced meta-prompting strategies.
  • History of building stable, production-grade applications with clean coding practices and modular component designs.
  • Strong mathematical background or aptitude for solving complex calculation problems related to gaming ecosystems, mechanics, or financial data layers (preferred).
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments within gaming, Web3, fintech, or high-volume consumer tech (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments from a developer's standpoint (preferred).
  • Ability to align with EST/Eastern Europe business hours for high-bandwidth engineering communication (preferred).
