Description

  • Guide engineering execution across client engagements from architecture decisions through code review.
  • Set technical direction for projects and hold teams accountable to it.
  • Own delivery velocity and efficiency while keeping engagements on schedule.
  • Reduce technical escalations by catching issues early and adding appropriate checks.
  • Integrate AI tooling such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code into the team’s delivery workflow.
  • Improve code quality, speed, and consistency through AI-assisted development practices.
  • Enforce coding standards and lead code reviews to ensure maintainable code.
  • Monitor system performance and stability as engagements evolve and scale.
  • Champion architecture and system design decisions that hold up over time.
  • Mentor developers and support their growth and capability development.
  • Participate early in solution scoping and estimation to shape engagements before kickoff.

Requirements

  • Solid experience leading technical delivery on enterprise-scale engagements.
  • A track record of hands-on code review, architecture decisions, and mentoring developers.
  • Comfort owning technical outcomes across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong foundation in architecture and system design.
  • Hands-on experience with Wordpress, Drupal, and/or Sitecore.
  • Working fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code.
  • Genuine interest in expanding how AI tools are used across a team.
  • Strong judgment around code quality, maintainability, performance, and stability tradeoffs.
  • A natural mentoring approach that developers want to learn from.
  • Must currently live in the US and be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
