Description

  • Identify, position, and execute capture strategies for key and strategic opportunities.
  • Develop large commercial captures across a matrixed team from qualification through opportunity closure.
  • Create technical solutions, win strategies, capture plans, and refined bid strategies to improve proposal readiness.
  • Gather, assess, and validate new customer business and technical needs.
  • Work with Business Development, Project Management, and Sales teams to align solutions and pursuit strategy.
  • Determine customer contact plans and technical solutions that meet requirements and bid objectives.
  • Identify customer IT parameters and constraints that affect the solution.
  • Assess competition, market threats, and relative strengths to inform pursuit strategy.
  • Map company offerings to client needs and identify gaps and strategies to close business.
  • Apply pricing and baseline pricing strategies to develop competitive capture strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry with a focus on selling to commercial customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth goals.
  • Experience in physical security, managed services, or related industries.
  • Strong relationships within the commercial sector.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial procurement process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
