Description

  • Identify and build relationships with corporate service providers, law firms, registrators, consulting firms, and industry influencers.
  • Develop a consistent partner-driven pipeline that generates high-quality client referrals.
  • Engage with fiduciary and industry associations, negotiate sponsorships, and participate in events to secure strategic introductions.
  • Plan and organize partner events with support from the marketing team to strengthen relationships, generate leads, and build brand presence.
  • Conduct targeted meetings with high-potential partners and top clients to drive referrals and uncover new account opportunities.
  • Represent the company at corporate, legal, and industry conferences to expand the network and identify partnership opportunities.
  • Engage entrepreneurial and business communities in tech, IT, e-commerce, digital marketing, and related sectors.
  • Establish partnerships or sponsorships that position the company and its founders as trusted industry leaders.
  • Onboard new partners and ensure their clients receive a fast, efficient, high-priority onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B partnerships or business development.
  • Strong ability to build and manage partner networks across legal, consulting, and corporate services sectors.
  • Experience driving partner-led or referral-based client acquisition.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience participating in events and networking within industry ecosystems.
  • Ability to work independently with high ownership and a strong execution focus.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across partners, clients, and internal teams.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or B2B SaaS is preferred.
  • An existing network in European markets is preferred.
  • Familiarity with startup, tech, and e-commerce ecosystems is preferred.
