Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to improve productivity, quality, and engagement.
  • Monitor daily interviews, hires, and placements to ensure effective team performance.
  • Manage communication, forecasting, and support for current students, graduating students, and alumni.
  • Guide graduates through interview preparation, interview attendance, job offers, onboarding, and early role success.
  • Handle manager-level customer service, re-engagement, and de-escalation calls as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, alumni, employers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular call monitoring, coaching sessions, and one-on-one development with team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, wellness, recognition, and high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in recruiting, career services, employment assistance, or sales.
  • People leadership, multitasking, high-pressure environment, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use required technology.
  • Any degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience and/or strong or advanced proficiency in the required skills/experience (preferred).
  • Experience leading teams and/or people (preferred).
  • Experience developing constructive and cooperative working relationships (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams or similar business tools (preferred).
  • Project management, complex problem-solving, time management, influence, and empathy (preferred).
  • Ability to work fully remote with occasional planned onsite travel.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Home office setup, quiet workspace, ability to be on camera, and hardwired high-speed internet connection.
