Description

  • Own end-to-end commercial execution for major technology partnerships across AI, platform, cloud, and hardware.
  • Draft, redline, negotiate, and drive complex commercial agreements through signature.
  • Serve as the day-to-day relationship owner for senior partner counterparts at major companies.
  • Organize and lead strategic business reviews with partners.
  • Track open commercial items and manage progress across deal stages.
  • Identify partnership expansion opportunities and new business initiatives to grow the business.
  • Research and validate partnership opportunities and business initiatives.
  • Coordinate operational partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Biz Ops.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record closing complex commercial agreements in a technology company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate in detail with operational team members and synthesize information for C-suite audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong data and commercial acumen.
  • Experience in financial modeling, developing business models, evaluating pricing strategies, or designing KPIs.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different partners and deal stages simultaneously.
  • Experience in AI or platform technology businesses is preferred.
  • Professional verbal and written English communication is required for frequent global collaboration.
