Description

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of UX designers while fostering innovation, teamwork, and inclusivity.
  • Own UX product strategy across the full GTM funnel, from marketing touchpoints through Unity.com and the learning ecosystem.
  • Oversee the design of commerce workflows, including purchases, entitlements, and product licensing.
  • Own the UX for the Asset Store and ensure it connects seamlessly with other Unity products and services.
  • Apply systems thinking to simplify complex integrations and create a connected end-to-end experience.
  • Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Product, and Engineering leaders to align design direction with business goals.
  • Champion UX improvements and innovative design solutions in the context of AI.
  • Lead design conversations and conduct reviews with senior leadership.
  • Ensure a seamless and strategic customer journey across all touchpoints and ecosystems.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in UX leadership with a track record of managing and growing global design teams.
  • Ability to develop a strategic view of connected experiences across an entire ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of complex systems and integrations.
  • Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience designing commerce stacks, marketplaces, or licensing systems is highly valued.
  • Natural curiosity for technology and passion for empowering creativity through innovative tools.
  • Previous product design experience in AR/VR or 3D environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Unity or other game engines is a plus.
  • Professional verbal and written English communication skills are required for frequent global collaboration.
