Description

  • Own and analyze the end-to-end user funnel from marketing touchpoints through web and commerce to product retention.
  • Bridge gaps between marketing, web, commerce, and product teams to create a cohesive user experience.
  • Provide product leadership on strategic initiatives such as Magenta commerce, user group expansion, and asset distribution across the Unity ecosystem.
  • Identify untapped growth and retention opportunities, build the business case, and lead cross-functional execution.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Define and guide product strategy across multiple workstreams without being tied to a single feature.
  • Use funnel insights to support Agentic Commerce and broader AI-driven go-to-market initiatives.
  • Drive outcomes that improve Unity’s growth and user retention.

Requirements

  • Proven product management experience with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience analyzing full user lifecycles, including acquisition, commerce, retention, and churn.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, unclaimed problem spaces and make progress without a predefined roadmap.
  • Strong data fluency with the ability to interpret funnel metrics, form hypotheses, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience aligning stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or similar teams toward a shared goal.
  • Experience with commerce systems or marketplace dynamics; Magenta experience is a significant plus.
  • Growth product management or lifecycle marketing experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML applications in search, recommendations, or go-to-market strategies is a plus.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong professional verbal and written English communication skills are required due to global collaboration.
