Description

  • Execute on-page SEO and GEO updates across core web properties to improve visibility in traditional and AI-driven search engines.
  • Build, format, and maintain landing pages and digital content assets within the CMS.
  • Implement structured data, schema markup, and entity-optimization tactics to improve AI search citation and discoverability.
  • Analyze search performance data and site crawls to identify content gaps, traffic decay, and quick-win growth opportunities.
  • Translate high-level organic content strategies into executable web updates in collaboration with marketing leadership.
  • Own the high-velocity deployment of search campaigns and page updates to accelerate time-to-market.
  • Clear optimization backlogs and maintain a consistent cadence for deploying web changes.
  • Replicate optimization guidelines or keyword-driven updates across high-volume batches of pages.
  • Troubleshoot page formatting and layout issues by modifying basic HTML/CSS elements.
  • Support the execution framework for traditional SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Requirements

  • Proven experience modifying, building, and deploying pages within a modern Content Management System.
  • Practical experience using search and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Profound.
  • Functional understanding of on-page and technical SEO, including metadata configuration, URL structures, and schema markup.
  • Experience applying structured optimization guidelines or keyword data across large batches of web pages.
  • Ability to read and modify foundational HTML/CSS to troubleshoot formatting and layout issues.
  • Experience working with generative AI tools or understanding how LLMs parse and synthesize web data is preferred.
  • Background in data manipulation, such as advanced Excel or Sheets formulas, is preferred.
  • A unique professional or creative background that brings a fresh perspective is preferred.
  • Sufficient English proficiency for frequent professional verbal and written communication with global colleagues and partners.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.

  • Base salary of $56,600 to $85,000 USD.
  • May be eligible for equity awards.
