Description

  • Define the venture strategy, including the initial customer wedge, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Expand from internal design partners to external users and validate retention and willingness to pay.
  • Build the go-to-market motion through creator-led distribution and customer development.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the V1 product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Focus product iterations on extraction quality, clustering relevance, and draft usefulness.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s cultural foundation and operating cadence.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency and the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Direct exposure to the creator economy, marketing tech, social platforms, or knowledge work tooling.
  • Familiarity with AI agents and/or LLMs.
  • Willingness to join as a co-founder with meaningful founder equity rather than a salaried executive role.
  • Ability to submit a resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note on founder-market fit during the application process.
